Reds
They have all the bouquet of the noblest grapes : Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet-Franc and sometimes Gamay. They are a wonderful accompaniment to meals with friends. They should be drunk young but will reveal all their sophistication after six to twelve months in the bottle.
The ideal serving temperature is 16°C.
Rosés
They are popular with gourmets who enjoy cool, fruity wines that are pleasant and elegant to drink.
Whites
They are produced from traditional grape varieties such as Ugni-blanc, Colombard and, more rarely, Sauvignon, Chenin and Chardonnay. These white wines should be drunk young. They can be chilled and served as an aperitif and they are the ideal drink with fish, seafood, white meats and goats' cheese.
